Australian Shipping
All Australian products come under free express shipping above $50 unless otherwise stated.
We use all major carriers like Australia Post, fastway couriers, DHL, Allied Express and Toll. You can check the shipping guidelines here.
Product
All Australian owned and global products come under warranty in case of defects. In case of any malfunction, contact us at admin@kangro.com.au for returns and exchanges.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at admin@kangro.com.au and also follow the warranty claims on products and warranty claims on mobile phones for returns and exchanges.
Order
Once you place your order and paid the amount, it will be shipped within the same business day before 2 pm or within the next business day if paid after 2 pm. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you stay up to date with the delivery information of your parcel.
The estimated delivery time frames are:
In VIC, approximately 1-3 working days
In NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 1-2 working days
In QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 1-4 working days.
NOTE:
Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).
The orders placed on weekends are processed on the upcoming business day.

Account is not a must, but it is good to make an account in order to track your parcel.
